Data security
When providing materials, connecting sources or working with colleagues, you should know who can access your data, for what purpose, and how to stop access.
Every item has a defined access scope
You choose what to provide, which sources to connect and who to share with. CaiGeek uses data for the current task within your actual permissions. Managing a team does not grant access to members’ private conversations.
Sharing a report does not open its source materials or your private chats.
Personal conversations stay private
Uploads are private by default. Joining a team does not automatically let colleagues or administrators view your private conversations or materials.
Connections and tasks have a scope
Connecting a source requires the relevant authorization. CaiGeek uses data within the current task and available permissions; a source update does not expand your instructions. Login credentials are handled separately from business materials, and sharing data does not share connection credentials.
Access and recurring work can be stopped
You can revoke sharing, close external report links, or adjust, pause and end recurring work in conversation. Revoking access restricts future reads without erasing your own conversation history and delivered results.
Materials and results are managed separately
Storage management lets you delete materials you are authorized to manage, including originals and related derived copies. Existing reports and independent results retain their own saved state. Disconnecting a source, signing out or stopping use of a memory does not delete all data.
AI work processes relevant content
To complete a task, relevant conversations, materials, memory and tool outputs are processed by AI, including model service providers. Provide materials needed for your work. The privacy policy explains processing purposes, personal information rights and how to contact us.
