If your needs change or you request additional work, we discuss the scope and cost and obtain your agreement before making changes.
We usually arrange quarterly payment. Existing subscriptions are carried forward to avoid duplicate purchases; AI usage is allocated monthly without rollover.
Common questions
Who provides the service?
Our own finance team provides the service, with the required bookkeeping agency license. CaiGeek assists with records, analysis and ongoing work; finance professionals perform the professional work, judgment and review.
Do I need to buy a software plan first?
No. First discuss your business and the work you would like us to handle. We provide a combined quote for the required subscription and professional services, taking any existing paid subscription into account.
Will there be extra charges during the service?
Work included in your quote will not attract extra itemized charges. Before we start, we review your business, agree the work and delivery arrangements, and itemize the fees. If changed needs or additional work require a price adjustment, we explain the work and cost and obtain your agreement first.
Can we work together if we already have finance staff?
Yes. We can agree responsibilities around your needs. If your own finance staff will handle the work, you can choose a CaiGeek software subscription on its own.
Do I need to share every account and record?
Provide the records and access needed for the agreed work. Where collaboration in CaiGeek is needed, you decide which staff to invite and which records to share; private conversations stay private.
