What to do when usage runs low
Choose a higher tier or extra usage based on the work ahead.
Check what has run out
Check the current-period and extra-usage balances on the plan and usage page. If the issue is file storage, manage it in Data management; purchasing AI usage does not increase file capacity.
Consider a higher tier for sustained monthly growth, or extra usage for a temporary increase. Review the actual price and effective date before any change.
Purchase extra usage
Extra usage costs RMB 199 per unit. Each unit equals one personal Plus monthly allowance and is valid for 180 days. Choose a whole number of units in subscription management on web or desktop.
Use a payment channel actually offered on the page. If no channel is available, follow the page guidance or ask in the conversation about purchase arrangements. Viewing a quote does not complete a purchase.
Continue after the allowance arrives
After confirming the plan or extra usage is active, return to the original work conversation and explicitly ask CaiGeek to continue. Topping up does not automatically restart paused or stopped work.
Existing files, results and work context remain, so running out of allowance alone does not require uploading everything again.
