Schedule recurring work
Describe the work and timing in a conversation; results arrive in ordinary conversations.
Create an arrangement in a conversation
State the work, timing and necessary sources, for example “Every Monday at 9 a.m., reconcile last week’s sales and receipts and send me the exceptions.” Name recipients if others should receive the results.
When the requirements are complete, the arrangement is saved with its actual timing. You will be asked for missing details that affect execution. The scheduled time is the start time; completion depends on the work and source availability.
View arrangements and results
Ask “What scheduled arrangements do I have?” or use “View this arrangement” in the reply. Details show the current settings and execution history, while results remain in their ordinary conversations.
In the detail view, “After each run” lets you choose “Create a new conversation” or “Continue in the original conversation”. New arrangements default to a new conversation; changes affect later runs.
Change, pause or end
Say which arrangement to change and what should change, such as “Move this to Fridays at 5 p.m.” Settings you do not mention, including recipients and paused status, are preserved.
Pausing future runs and stopping the current run are different actions. Explicitly ask to end or resume an arrangement, then check the returned status.
