Use an owner’s or office phone for verification
The phone custodian, connection manager and person requesting work can be different people.
Use the custodian’s own account
The actual phone custodian signs in with their own CaiGeek account. If they are a different user from the connection manager, both must already belong to the same team. The platform’s receiving number need not match the CaiGeek registration number.
Set up reception on the phone, then have the connection manager generate a four-digit binding code. The custodian checks the platform and account before confirming authorization.
Assign connection access separately
The manager selects who may retrieve data under “Members with access”. SMS authorization provides verification assistance; it does not automatically expose other people’s task text, private chats or platform data to the phone custodian.
The binding can assist tasks and scheduled arrangements those members have authorized without repeating the binding confirmation each time. Complete any additional QR or personal verification required by the platform in the current panel.
Changes to numbers or custodians
Each connection shows its actual receiving number, or indicates that it needs verification. Test each number on a dual-SIM phone separately; the phone nickname is not a SIM-slot setting.
Bind again after changing the custodian or platform login identity. After authorization is explicitly removed, enabling the assistant again does not revive old messages or requests.
