The SMS code did not arrive or was not filled
Check the platform’s send state, phone reception and the current login request.
Check whether the phone received it
If the phone itself has not received a code, check the number displayed by the platform and whether the current code was actually sent. Binding does not itself make the platform send an SMS; a platform account or phone nickname is not proof of the receiving number.
When multiple platforms share a phone, the current request may wait for an earlier verification. Follow the status in the original conversation and avoid repeated requests from multiple places that make messages hard to distinguish.
The phone received it but the assistant did not
Open “Settings → SMS assistant” and confirm it is not paused, the login is valid and the connection appears under “Authorized platforms”. Use the top-right menu to open “Test reception” or “Recent handling”.
On iPhone, check the Shortcuts trigger, “Run Immediately” and the received-message body variable. On Android, check SMS reception permission. If there are several receiving numbers, test the relevant one.
Check that the login request is current
A late message cannot be used for an old request after the login wait ends, the task stops, the account changes or the binding is removed. Continue from the original conversation and complete the current verification.
Received, forwarded, filled and successfully logged in are separate states. If automatic filling is incomplete, follow the private connection panel for manual verification. Do not send the code in the chat text.
