Allow members to use an existing connection
The connection manager chooses who can use it; login and SMS permissions remain separate.
Choose members
The connection manager opens “Settings → Platforms & software”, selects the platform, then opens “Members with access”. Select the members who need to retrieve data and save. They must already belong to the same account or team context.
The saved connection shows the updated number of users. Authorized members can request data in their own conversations and use the connection in scheduled work they have authorized.
What access allows
Permission to use a connection does not grant management rights. It does not allow editing login accounts, replacing the receiving phone, granting access to others or reading the manager’s private conversations.
The phone custodian separately confirms SMS authorization. Binding a receiving phone alone does not give its custodian access to task content or platform data.
Remove a member’s access
Deselect the member on the same page and save. Later access is checked against the new permissions. Removing access does not delete the schedule itself; ask in the conversation to pause or end any arrangement you no longer need.
