Does managed finance require a team plan?
You do not need to upgrade solely to invite official finance staff.
You can keep a personal plan
A customer can keep a personal software plan and purchase managed finance separately. An active service entitlement lets the owner invite registered official service staff without buying ordinary team seats first.
Ordinary colleagues joining, member sharing in the materials directory and internal result delivery remain team features. A service invitation does not automatically convert a personal plan into a team plan.
The customer initiates the invitation
Recording a contract does not add staff automatically. When in-product help is needed, the owner opens “Members & invitations → Invite service staff”, enters the official phone number provided through the service group and generates a link for that person to accept with their own account.
Whose allowance is used
AI work performed in the customer context uses the customer’s software allowance, not the staff member’s personal plan. Service members add no AI allowance, storage or customer-seat fee; human-service fees follow the separate contract.
