Distinguish the current allowance, extra usage and file storage.
Where to check
Open the plan and usage entry in your account or Settings to check your current plan, remaining percentage and validity dates. Web and desktop provide subscription management; mobile focuses on usage and plan status, with the page directing purchases or changes to the web.
Use the active plan and dates shown in your account. Viewing plans or orders does not itself start work.
How monthly allowances work
Personal Plus, Pro and Max provide 1×, 4× and 8× monthly allowance; team plans provide 2×, 8× and 16×, using personal Plus as the baseline. Professional AI capabilities are the same, and consumption varies with the work.
Annual or quarterly software subscriptions still issue usage monthly; unused monthly allowance does not roll over. Team members and invited official service staff working in the customer context share that customer’s allowance.
Extra usage has its own remaining percentage and validity date rather than being merged with the monthly percentage.
Storage is separate from AI usage
Personal plans have 10 GB for original materials. Teams share 10 GB per customer seat currently in effect. Additional companies, connections or service staff do not add storage.
Uploaded originals and original data saved from connected sources count toward storage. Generated reports, models and other results do not use this original-material allowance. Check and manage storage in “Settings → Data management”.
